With not much information to go off of right now, CBS News 2 is reporting poltergeists severe weather down south:

Rotating storm clouds have been spotted in a thunderstorm near Lake Elsinore, which could lead to a tornado. A Severe Thunderstorm Warning was issued for San Diego County. A Flash Flood Advisory was issued for San Bernardino and Riverside Counties.
