Tickets, tickets, tickets!!! We love giving them away, and you love vying to have them given to you. This week we had 3 ticket giveaways for the Greek Theatre that, by nature, lent themselves rather easily to being tops in the comments: My Morning Jacket, The Black Crowes, G. Love & Special Sauce, & Howlin’ Rain, and The Raconteurs and The Kills (there's still time to enter this one, it ends tomorrow!). Congrats to all, and hope you rock(ed) out!

The Best Slice of Pizza in LA! Could it be? Is it really? Good--no, great--pizza in Los Angeles? Some agree, some disagree, some are happy for the tip and ready to take a bite for themselves.

Blissfully Destroy Your Stomach at the LA County Fair Because stomach destruction is fun! If you aren't brave enough to make the drive to Pomona, or to order up all manner of food items batter and deep fried, you can indulge in what is essentially a head-sized brick of curly fries slathered in gooey bright orange cheese. Pepto Bismol not included.
