The Open Container Law is still in Effect at UCSB?
It's hard for us not to move our gaze northward when we think of Halloween as everyone knows the best Halloween party in LA is in Santa Barbara.
So while scouring the web for photos and videos of this weekend's hijinks in the 8-0-5 we stumbled across this interesting film that made us chuckle.
And its always great to hear the Clash.
Anyways, we've always believed that if Santa Barbara cared about IV they would allow for the kids to drink on the streets during the weekends instead of popping them for "open container" in the one-square-mile town.
