Props for high speed rail, underage abortions, gay marriage and redistricting were too close to call shortly before 6:30 a.m. this morning. However, 8 of the propositions had final verdicts:

  • Prop 2, Humane Treatment of Farm Animals: Yes
  • Prop 3, Children's Hospital Bond: Yes
  • Prop 5, Drug Offenses: No
  • Prop 6, Criminal Justice: No
  • Prop 7, Alternative Energy: No
  • Prop 9, Victims' Rights: Yes
  • Prop 10, Alternative Fuels: No
  • Prop 12, Loans for Veterans: Yes
