A man who is accused of fatally shooting a man in the middle of a crazy brawl outside a Hollywood club this weekend has been arrested in Las Vegas.

Robert Earl Thomas III, 21, was arrested at a friend's home last night and surrendered without a fight, according to TMZ. Thomas is being held in a jail in Vegas for now, and prosecutors plan to extradite him.

Thomas is accused of shooting a 19-year-old man in the head outside Empire on Cahuenga. The shooting was captured on a chilling video by a TMZ photographer (and perhaps others). It appears there was a brawl inside the nightclub that spilled into the streets at closing time. A woman was shot in the leg, and another man was transported to the hospital after being punched in the face.
