The city of West Hollywood began their planned street closure of Santa Monica Blvd. between La Cienega and Doheny at 1:00 p.m. this afternoon. As of 6:00 p.m., a small portion of La Cienega will be closed between Santa Monica Blvd. and Holloway Drive. If you commute through that area, prepare for an onslaught of traffic. More parking and traffic regarding the Halloween event can be found here.
