Water and effects from this this past weekend's 710 freeway construction have caused Caltrans to shut down three lanes of the southbound lanes between the 105 Freeway in Lynwood and Compton Blvd. The back up is reportedly going 12 miles and Caltrans may shut down an additional or all lanes within the next hour. If you're headed that way, turn on the radio and plan ahead. The closure is expected to go through tomorrow morning.
