A woman not wearing her seat belt was killed in a car crash that followed a road rage incident in Beverly Hills late Friday night. The crash happened just just before midnight at the intersection of Olympic Boulevard and Swall Drive when a Mercedes Benz carrying four people crashed into an Audi SUV, "several trees and a concrete wall" according a press release by the Beverly Hills Police Department. Three of the Mercedes passengers were taken to the hospital with injuries that weren't considered life threatening, but a fourth passenger identified as 33-year old Sasha Gibson by KTLA was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. Police believe drugs or alcohol may have been a factor.

According to authorities the Mercedes was involved in what witnesses say was a "road rage" hit-and-run crash at Pico Boulevard and Swall Drive with a taxi. The driver of the Mercedes then sped down Swall Drive when fleeing that crash before hitting the SUV on Olympic.

Nobody in the SUV was hurt.
