Today at 9 a.m. the California State Supreme Court will hold a hearing on whether or not to uphold Prop 8. In November when the ballot measure passed, gay marriages were halted. Around 18,000 couples married and if Prop 8 is upheld, the next question will be if those marriages should be nullified or not.
