Tonight, if you're headed to the Downtown Art Walk you might want to take advantage of The Los Angeles Historic Theatre Foundation's free Broadway Theatre District Walking Tours. Tours depart at 7 and 7:30 p.m., and no reservations are required. The tour runs 45 minutes, and will include the chance to learn about 1913 Morosco/Globe/Club 740 and a stroll by the theatres in the North end of the district. Meet on the 2nd floor of Clifton's Cafeteria at 7th and Broadway.

Brevity Fest hits the stage at El Cid tonight in Silver Lake. Check out 15 talented performers and their new songs, new monologues and new true confessions as part of a "hodge-podge" of evening entertainment. 7:30pm, doors open at 7pm.
