The owner of a Pasadena yoga studio who claimed that his special touch could cure breast cancer now has to register as a sex offender. That's because it turns out that his "healing" touch consisted of groping and assaulting his young female clients at Yoga Kingdom Sanctuary in Pasadena. Naader Shagagi, 56, was convicted last week of four misdemeanor counts of sexual battery by fraudulent representation, and he's scheduled to be sentenced next month, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Three of his clients came forward to police and said that they had been assaulted during their private "healing" sessions. He reportedly claimed he could cure cancer and was a "messenger of gods."

His studio didn't respond to requests for comment from the Times.
