NYPD in Times Square, Mets Babes Waiting for Wright
LAist is traveling around the country trying to find out the secret to life, the universe, and everything. Currently we're just about finished with five days in New York City. We sorta wished someone would have told us about this crazy town, you know, written a book about it, filmed a movie here or something, cuz the place is In-Sane.
We had fun eating the various foods found from all over the world, we've enjoyed meeting the beautiful ladies from all over the world, and we've walked so much that our feet are actually a little sore.
Frankly put, New York is what LA could be if we weren't so interested in sunshine, driving SUVs, and snorting coke off the pierced bellies of starlettes.
While we were in Times Square being totally overwhelmed by stimuli of lights, sounds, smells, and what-not, we had an impromtu conversation with one of New York's finest and asked him about the low crime rate that the Big Apple is experiencing.
After the jump, an interview with Mets fans as they wait for David Wright to get interviewed a few days before their playoffs against the Dodgers.
