OK, we know the child-men of KROQ, Kevin and Bean, are not the most mature of morning-show hosts. And that's why we listen - sometimes. This morning, listeners tuning in between 9 AM and 10 AM had an extra-special treat: the duo's producer Lightning had an in-studio, on-air vasectomy. Yup, you heard that right. Now pass the Cheerios.

To add to the fun, Kevin and Bean provided streaming video of the procedure on their website as well as radio color commentary. And before you start poo-pooing the lack of taste, we already knew that about Kevin and Bean. But we also know that the website was quite busy this morning. LAist couldn't access the webcast until nearly the end of the procedure. Looks like we weren't alone in our curiousity.

Unfortunately, all links to Nut-a-Palooza have now been taken off the KROQ website. FCC anyone? But a bloggermanaged to capture some of the magic.
