New Passport Requirements May Cramp Travel

Beginning today, all Americans flying into the United States from Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean must have a passport. The new regulations are the result of post-Sept. 11 security concerns.
Melissa Block checks in with Zachary Mann, a Miami-based U.S. Customs and Border agent, to find out what happens when people don't have their passports.
We also hear from Roger Dows of the Travel Industry Association about some of the deals resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean are offering to offset some of the costs of getting a passport.
