The Cage family seems to be prone to bizarre public meltdowns. Just a couple of months after papa Nicolas was arrested for disturbing the peace in New Orleans, his 20-year-old son, Weston, freaked out at a very un-sceney Hollwyood restaurant, and has been hospitalized for mental health evaluation.

TMZ reports that at around 4 p.m. Tuesday, Weston Cage was dining at the Farmer's Kitchen in Hollywood when his trainer told him he could not have something offered on the menu. At that time, says the gossip site, "Weston went off and started pushing the trainer in a violent way, at one point trying to roundhouse the trainer."

Attempts to calm Cage were unsuccessful, and ultimately the authorities were called in. The police threatened to use a taser on Cage, who finally complied with orders to calm down.

Farmer's Kitchen employees say Cage "appeared to be under the influence of something." He was taken to a hospital for mental evaluation.
