Man Turns Himself in After Sodomizing 13-Year-Old Boy in Library Bathroom
A registered sex offender turned himself in to police shortly after sodomizing a 13-year-old boy at a Tustin library yesterday afternoon.
The attack happened yesterday afternoon at an Orange County Library, according to City News Service. The young victim ran away and told a security guard, but his assailant apparently also separately turned himself in and admitted that he was a registered sex offender.
The assailant Robert Howard Claudio, 23, of Anaheim is expected to be booked on suspicion of sodomy of a minor and committing lewd and lascivious acts with a child younger than 14, Tustin police Lt. Pat Welch told CNS.
