Man Shot In The Head After OC Restaurant Argument

Santa Ana after police are searching for a man who shot a restaurant patron in the head after a confrontation at an OC restaurant. The argument, that began inside the restaurant according to officials, led to the shooting on Sunday night around 10 p.m. in the parking lot of Mariscos La Ola on the 1700 block of McFadden Avenue at Lyon Street, reports ABC Local.

"The victim was having dinner with friends when there was a confrontation between the victim and a group of people. The group left the restaurant and a short time later, the victim left with his friends. That's when police said a man involved in the argument inside the restaurant drove up and shot the victim in the head," reports ABC Local.

Investigators are interviewing the victim's friends and additional witnesses. The victim was transported in critical condition to Western Medical Center in Santa Ana.
