Man Arrested For Reportedly Fondling 10-Year-Old Boy In Dave & Buster's Restroom
A 31-year-old man was arrested after he allegedly fondled a 10-year-old boy in a Dave & Buster's restroom in Arcadia on Monday.The incident occurred around 6:45 p.m. at the Westfield Santa Anita mall, where Dave & Buster's is located, according to NBC Los Angeles . The boy immediately told his mother what had happened and identified the suspect.
His mother chased the suspect, Kwan Chow, as he left the restroom. Dave & Buster's managers helped her in the pursuit and caught him. Then mall security detained the man until Arcadia police showed up.
Chow was arrested on suspicion of committing a lewd act with a child, and his bail is set at $100,000.
