In today's most disturbing news, two home health care employees were caught engaging in sex acts with an elderly stroke victim in San Diego.

The New York Daily News reports that Russel Torralba and Alfredo V. Ruiz were discovered by security cameras installed in the home of one of the patients they cared for. Employees of AMS Home Care Solutions, an at-home health care provider, they were paid a whopping $1,300 a day to work 12-hour shifts caring for the 98-year-old female victim.

In the video, the two men can be seen rubbing each others' crotches while sitting next to the patient, and then kissing the patient's face. In one video, one of the nurses puts the victim's hand down his pants.

The woman can hear and knows what's going on around her, but can't call for help.

The case is now under review by the San Diego District Attorney’s office. Meanwhile, Ruiz and Torralba are allowed to continue working in hospital settings, but not in home health care.
