UPDATED: Saturday, March 21

A note on these results: Los Angeles County election workers are still counting ballots in the MArch 3 primary, which is normal. On Friday, March 20, California Gov. Gavin Newsom issued an executive order extending the time counties have to finalize their votes by 21 days to April 24 due to the mass disruption caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
