Moo Choo the pug was supposed to be a Christmas present for a little girl with leukemia until a "B-list celebrity" living in Atwater Village, who promised to deliver the pug from Riverside to Sacramento, decided to keep the pup for herself. The Riverside PD went after the puppetrator and safely retrieved Moo Choo.

By the looks of the pictures the department sent out later, Moo Choo was recruited to crack down on crime going through the woof: public indogsication, barklary, aggravated pawsault and pugstitution.
