Who Left The Sane Out In The Rain? Jon Stewart LA Rally Moves To MacArthur Park

Jon Stewart has found 'Sanity' in MacArthur Park. The festivus for the rest of us dubbed the "Rally To Restore Sanity" ran into a harshed mellow last week when L.A.'s West Coast organizers were denied a permit to gather in Pershing Square.
However, with the help of the city's Parks & Recreation relocation program, a new home has been secured at Levitt Pavilion in MacArthur Park just outside of downtown in the lovely, stabby Westlake District.
“We have been working feverishly behind the scenes, calling more than 50 local venues. If the community suggested it, we called," said organizers Amy Lee and Ashley Wright. "We are SANELY excited about MacArthur Park. We would like to thank City Councilmember Paul Koretz and his office for their support.”
