A quarter million people packing in around Hollywood Blvd. for tomorrow's 5:00 p.m. Hollywood Santa Parade means traffic, no parking and a sign you should be taking the Red Line subway. The city is promising to strictly enforce restricted no parking signs, which means citations and towed vehicles. So if you meet that special someone tonight at a Hollywood club, don't make for that sleepover by car pooling and leaving your car on the street tonight -- you won't have a happy morning, in once sense.
