Have Your Say, LA!

Before you
Dear reader, we're asking you to help us keep local news available for all. Your financial support keeps our stories free to read, instead of hidden behind paywalls. We believe when reliable local reporting is widely available, the entire community benefits. Thank you for investing in your neighborhood.

Voting has opened over at Citysearch-Los Angeles for their Best of Citysearch in a multitude of categories. Put your two cents in about the city's restaurants, nightlife, and spa and beauty spots, and contribute to the city-specific database of where to go, what to do, and what to eat. While being an LA resident may mean you know the city well enough to not have to check things out on Citysearch, it's still good to get in there with some votes so that visitors to our fair city get the inside scoop. On recent trips to Portland and New York we used Citysearch to help us suss out eating spots and meeting spots in all sorts of flavors and venues. At the very least, LAist knows our readers are enthusiastic and well qualified to issue opinions on the city's best breakfast, burger, and Mexican food. Vote in the Best of Citysearch; it's your unwritten civic duty, and a good deed for the day!
