What would Beatles lead guitarist George Harrison think about a star on Hollywood Boulevard? "It’s a bunch of old bollocks," actor Eric Idle said channeling Harrison.

Harrison became the 2,382nd Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame yesterday with a star studded cast including Paul McCartney, Tom Hanks, Tom Petty, Joe Walsh, T-Bone Burnett and Jeff Lynne.

The star is located in front of the Capitol Records building on Vine Street where the company took the opportunity to announce a new album, the first to span Harrison's solo career. "Let It Roll: Songs by George Harrison" will be released on June 16. Martin Scorsese is also currently directing a documentary feature about the musician's life.
