The Valley will still always be the Valley. From Burbank to Chatsworth, horses are street legal in some parts.
"You don't often see horses on the street in Reseda, especially on a busy street like Tampa," wrote Robbie about this photo that he submitted to LAist Featured Photos pool on Flickr.
