One of the amazing parts of living in Los Angeles is the access to fresh and locally grown food. From vegan to everything else, a plethora of healthy eats can be found throughout the region. But Los Angeles has another obsession... and that's bacon. From the classic streetside bacon-wrapped hot dogs to even bacon-wrapped matzo balls and, yes, bacon-wrapped... bacon.

Now we come upon this, thanks to LAist Featured Photos contributor djjewelz who shares his most recent bacon find at the Atwater Village Farmers Market. "IKEA has their meatballs with lingonberry sauce and then there's Bigmista's MOINK balls: bacon wrapped meatballs with a sweet blueberry chipotle dipping sauce," he says in an e-mail. "They are smoky, tender, savory, and it's the perfect bite size BBQ popper. And did I mention, it's wrapped in bacon? It's the perfect snack to have as you walk around the Atwater Village Farmers' Market.
