Happy Hot Pastrami Sandwich Day

Today is National Hot Pastrami Sandwich Day. To celebrate, carnivores can get themselves to their nearest and/or favorite deli for a stack of meat on their bread of choice (though, come on now, to have a pastrami sandwich on anything but rye bread is sacrilege). Veggies and vegans, if you are craving the flavor without the flesh, hopefully you've got a spot in mind for a meat-free meal that can pass as observance. Not out to lunch yet? Take this quiz to see how much you know about pastrami. And let us know in the comments where you think L.A.'s best Hot Pastrami Sandwich can be found.
