Thomas Keller And Friends To Close Out Food Bowl With Fried Chicken Night
The first annual Los Angeles Times Food Bowl—a month-long festival— will be wrapping up next week at Bouchon in Beverly Hills with a soiree—a Soiree Poulet, to be exact.
On Wednesday, May 31, chef Thomas Keller will be hosting a night of fried chicken, as he will be serving his buttermilk fried chicken from the Ad Hoc At Home cookbook. Keller will also play host to Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo (Animal, Jon & Vinny's, Trois Familia), who will serve their fried chicken sandwich from Son Of A Gun, and Farmshop's Jeff Cerciello, who will serve his gluten-free Jidori fried chicken.
Tickets are $75, and, according to press release, will include "complimentary beer and wine from the bar, an open kitchen to tour and ... [food stations offering] sides and desserts throughout the restaurant and terrace."
If you've been meaning to check a few of Los Angeles' best fried chicken dishes off your list, this is a great chance to hit three at once.
Tickets to the event can be purchased here.
