If you know about lifecasting, then you probably know or even follow iJustine or the self promoting Julia Allison (if you read Wired Magazine, you'll remember that cover of her). And more than likely, you might know about Mary Rambin of Allison's lifecasting harem.

Rambin, a fashion and health diva personality that lives in New York City, came to Los Angeles last month and visited Essential Living Foods, or ELF, which is one of her favorite natural food suppliers that happens to be in Santa Monica. While there she filmed a useful video--as any good lifecaster would do--on making your own organic green smoothies. And let us tell you, that apple makes all the difference in the world when it comes to tasting one of these.
