Despite being literally caught with his pants down, a man who was found naked in his apartment with an also-naked 4-year-old girl has plead not guilty to molesting the child, reports KTLA.

The girl was found by her father after she went missing from her yard, and was then seen banging on the suspect's window and screaming for help, say police. Her dad went into the apartment and scooped her up -- leading some to suggest that the suspect, 52-year-old Terrence Giberson, was lucky to make it out of there in one piece:

"He showed remarkable restraint, admirable restraint, in not beating up the suspect," [Redlands police spokesman Carl] Baker said.

Giberson is charged with two counts of oral copulation/sexual penetration with a child under 10 years old, two counts of forcible lewd act upon a child under 10 years old, and one count of kidnapping to commit another crime.
