We can't help but gush over Sir Patrick Stewart. After all, the jovial 75-year-old actor is the kind of person to celebrate his wedding in a colorful ball pit or have the most loving friendship with a certain Sir Ian McKellan that we can only dream about. And now, he just gave a delightful Reddit AMA that is equal parts adorable and funny.

Stewart was on Reddit this morning promoting his upcoming Starz TV series, Blunt Talk, a comedy about a British TV journalist (Stewart) who moves to Los Angeles and wants to change the TV cable world, but his personal life is a bit of a disaster. It's created by Jonathan Ames, who also created HBO's Bored to Death, and executive produced by Family Guy's Seth MacFarlane.

In the Reddit AMA, Stewart kicked off with a joke in his introduction: "P.S. I have a helper to assist me typing (I’m old). Ask Away!" Although the entirety of his AMA is amusing, with details on his favorite tea and career advice for Danielle Radcliffe, these were our favorite things he said:

On whether or not he'd like his Star Trek costar, Jonathan Frakes (Commander Riker!), to be clean-shaven or have a beard:

Frakes with a beard, preferable, because it tickles when you kiss him.

On other careers besides acting he'd like to get into:

Yes! Deep-sea diving and mountaineering. There's something about going up and down that turns me on.

If Ian McKellan or Conan O'Brien is a better kisser:

Actually, it's Alan Cumming.

On how he felt carrying the Olympic torch in 2012:

Unbelievably exciting. Unbelievable because I never expected it would happen to me and as an ex-athlete and huge fan of the Olympic Games, it was one of the best days of my life. And, I ended the day taking home the torch, but I seem to have mislaid it. If anybody knows where it is, please let the @SirPatStew team know.

He hasn't lost his old accent from his hometown of Mirfield in West Yorkshire, London:

Sithee, hearing my accent is like suppin' ot lead.

On what it was like seeing his head decapitated in MacBeth:

Don't be silly, I couldn't see my head. It was decapitated!

If he could ask William Shakespeare a question, it would be this (even though his answer isn't really a question, we'll let Stewart do whatever he wants):

My question would be: Prove to me you're William Shakespeare.

His worst habit:

Slurping when I drink...anything.

You might spot Stewart on the subway at NYC:

I use the subway all the time and in London, the Underground. Broadway-Lafayette is one of my favorite stations!!!!!!!!!

One Reddit user, KYLO_REN, summed up the AMA the best with: "I love this AMA so much I want to take it out for a nice steak dinner."

We feel the same way.

By the way, you can watch the first two episodes of Blunt Talk here for free before it premieres on Starz this Saturday.
