Video footage captured by TMZ shows Paul mulling with some bouncers in front of the club, muttering "How VIP do we gotta get?"

The answer is very, Paul.

Paul wasn't even alone. Beck and Taylor Hawkins, the Foo Fighters drummer, joined him, each of whom were also told they couldn't go inside. After getting rejected at the Argyle, TMZ reports the trio sauntered over to the Republic Records party at Hyde Sunset.
