Video: Lakers Fan Laments: "The Kobe That We Used to Know"
Lakers fans, we know you are still sad about the purple and gold losing in the playoffs to the Oklahoma City Thunder. And armchair critics have had a field day looking at star player Kobe Bryant's role in the team's success, and failure, this season.
So a guy named Dan Rib took things one step further. Pairing the breakout hit "Somebody that I Used to Know" by Gotye, Rib (along with the musical accompaniment of Ken Belcher) put together this lament called "The Kobe That We Used to Know." You know, the hotshot who backed up his strut with the stuff more often than not.
Now, there's been a heated debate in the comments about Bryant's stats, achievements, and abilities. And of course, why Rib spent his free time making this music video.
Have a look--we'll leave the option to LOL or lament up to you.
