Skeet Ulrich will be starring as Detective Rex Winters in NBC's new show "Law & Order: Los Angeles" (aka "LOLA") which will launch this Fall. Ulrich told us that he has been incredibly impressed by the brave officers of LAPD and seeks to honor their efforts in this new edition of the "Law & Order" franchise.

Video was shot at the NBC party of the Television Critics Association 2010 summer sessions on July 30, 2010 at the Beverly Hilton.
