Check out our video of randomness. We know we were hallucinating due to being so dehydrated at the end of an afternoon in 100+ F temps in the concrete desert of downtown LA. What is that on the horizon, a mirage? NO! It was the Iron Sheik there to make an appearance and to give a shout out to his "intelligent wrestling fans".

As we staggered from the carpet to the press tent we passed the seatfiller corral and gave them some love. After the show was all over, our friends at the Lippin Group who, along with CBS, helped put together what 2009 Emmy-award winner and "Mad Men" creator Matt Weiner called, "the best Emmys I have ever seen", gave us a peek at the lush and decadent Xanadu-themed Governor's Ball at the Los Angeles Convention Center where attendees sipped Beaulieu Vineyard and snarfed an endless supply of Dove chocolate truffles.

This was easily the most professionally put together event we've been to this year and we hope to come back in 2010.
