Shark Hangover from Dolph Lundgren
Disovery's Shark Week is kicking into full gear with several specials on tonight. Even Funny or Die is getting in on the action with the above Hangover spoof. Even though I've been watching Shark Week for the last 19 years, I'm always a bit conflicted about it as I'm also someone who likes to go to the beach and some of the beaches I go to have sharks at them. I don't need the paranoia.
Did you watch "Curb Your Enthusiasm" last night? Did you catch Michael Gross as a dermatologist? We talked to Michael in April at the TV Land Awards and he told us about how he got the role (watch our video at the end of this post). Also "Curb"-related is this excellent interview on Maximum Fun's "The Sound of Young America" with co-creator, writer, producer, and actor Jeff Garlin who explains how "Curb" was created and how he contributes. This has been a great season so far, the only thing that could have made it better so far was to have Brody Stevens in an episode.
Also notable last night was the appearance of comedian and actor Bill Burr on AMC's "Breaking Bad" - I won't spoil what he does if you haven't seen it yet but Burr has told me he will be in three episodes.
