Weekend EditionThere were some insane goings-on at last night's NBC party at the Television Critics Association. Here are just some of the shows whose casts were represented at last night's event: "Chuck," "Community," "Parenthood," "Parks and Recreation," "The Office," "Being Human," "Harry's Law," "Outsourced," "The Cape," "Fairly Legal," "Harry's Law," "Perfect Couples," "Royal Pains," "The Event," "30 Rock," Lisa Kudrow, "White Collar," Tori Spelling, Paris Hilton, "Real Housewives of NY/Bev Hills," Michael Davies, Bobby Flay, etc. When I say that you literally couldn't move without stepping on one of these people, it is not an exaggeration in the slightest. Many conversations were had, some were actual interviews that I'll post here. An incredible night where everybody seemed to be having a great time, and everyone was friendly with each other - it really put me in the mood to not taint an interaction by recording it with a stupid recording device.

The best conversations we had were with: Alison Brie (we talked a lot about Macallan Scotch), Olivia Munn (has hectic schedule flying between NYC to do "Daily Show" and LA to do "Perfect Couples"), Mary Elizabeth Ellis (was stranded during blizzard in Rhode Island with husband Charlie Day and survived a fall down the stairs to make it to the party), Zach Woods aka Gabe from "The Office" (is a scholar and a gentleman), and current WWE champion Michael "The Miz" Mizanin, who talked about appearing on Jimmy Fallon's show (and he let me hold onto the championship belt).

---
We rambled into a microphone late last night trying to recall what happened at the party and so far this week at the TCAs in Episode 7 of the Channel Zero podcast.
---
Tonight we will be Tweeting from the red carpet of the Critics' Choice Awards - watch for our video interviews and pics here and watch the proceedings on VH1. On Sunday we'll be Tweeting from the NBC Golden Globes viewing party and we hope to conduct some more interviews there as well - watch the proceedings live on NBC.
---
Sunday also marks the season premiere of the final season of HBO's "Big Love." We never received screeners from HBO for some reason so we will have to go on what we've heard from some fellow critics that we trust who say that the first 2 episodes are a bit spotty but that things start to come together by the third one. Thankfully the show will be repeating later during the week because we'll be watching Showtime's lineup of "Californication" (renewed for a 5th season as of today), "Episodes," and "Shameless."
---
The TV Junkie Must-Watch Plan: Tonight - "Real Time with Bill Maher" (James Carville, Chrystia Freeland, Mike Murphy, Martin Short), "16th Annual Critics' Choice Movie Awards," "The Soup," "Fashion Police," Letterman (Joan Rivers, Jeff Caldwell, Wintersleep performs), Fallon (Candice Bergen, writer/comedian Colin Jost). Saturday - "Primeval," "SNL" (Gwyneth Paltrow, Cee Lo Green performs). Sunday - "Californication," "Episodes," "Shameless."
