RuPaul's Drag Race on LOGO

The Sundance Film Festival starts today which not only means cool movies being screened and attended by celebrities in their hippest Dumb & Dumber apres-skiwear but it means a lot more content for the Sundance Channel for the year. There will be live blogging of the festival's events at the Sundance Channel's (really cool!) website and head on over to iTunes to pick up a free short film from Sundance every day from now to January 25th.

We were invited to go to Sundance but couldn't figure out how to get airfare and lodging underwritten as one night in Park City is more than our monthly rent. Any ideas for next year?

Your favorite guy/gal combo, RuPaul, returns to TV next week with "RuPaul's Drag Race" on MTV's LOGO channel. LAist will have photos and a report from the premiere gala reception which tonight will undoubtedly be glamorous and will involve a lot of "workin' it" and sashaying.

Patrick Swayze's TV series, "Beast", starts tonight on A&E (10pm) and we weren't given screeners for it but the network seems a little late to the current find-a-film-star-for-your-series party. So far no one else has come close to FX's "Damages".
