Last month we posted our interview with Thesy Surface who plays the eerie and enigmatic Margaret McPoyle on FX's "It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia". In the interview (see video embed at end of this post), Surface brings up the "Halloween episode" where she makes an incredible appearance - well, that episode gets broadcast tonight! Also, be prepared to see Margaret McPoyles at Halloween parties this weekend.

How do you guys think Jon Stewart and President Obama did on "The Daily Show" last night? It didn't appear many softballs were thrown but since he was allowed to explain himself, some might assume that the President was given too easy a time.

Fox has suffered double-digit drops in viewership of several of its shows this season over last, for example, "House" is down 34%, "The Simpsons" 12%, and "The Cleveland Show" 31%.

HBO announced on Twitter yesterday that they would be renewing both "Bored To Death" and "Eastbound & Down" for another season. To be honest we were getting a little worried about the renewal of "Bored To Death" since they had announced drama series renewals almost a month ago. We see a lot of people online who are just now catching up to season 2 after Netflixing or buying the first season. Now this great show has the opportunity to continue building its audience. If you haven't watched this highly comedic "detective" show starring Jason Schwartzman, Ted Danson, and Zach Galifianakis, please consider doing so.

We had a great discussion here yesterday about FX's "Terriers", a show we hope stays on the air. It appears that there is wide support among LAist readers for the program as well as people who contributed to the tweetstream. Be sure to check out our interview next week with series star Donal Logue.
