Fans of "Beverly Hills, 90210", and we mean the real original fans, might be elated to know that, yes, Tori Spelling will be joining the cast of the new "90210" sometime around the 19th episode this season so I guess you had better start watching now so that you know what the heck is going on when she makes her debut.
"House" and "Two and a Half Men" came out on top in yesterday's People's Choice Awards. The TV Drama Diva category (there was no corresponding male category - sexism!!) had nominees only from cable outlets, and was won by "The Closer"'s Kyra Sedgwick. Hopefully this will soften the monetary hit that she and hubby Kevin Bacon suffered at the hands of Wall Street schemer Bernard Madoff.
Programming of note tonight includes a documentary on the Bielski Brothers who are the subject of the new Daniel Craig movie, Defiance, that hits theaters later this month. The truth of these Jewish resistance fighters might be more interesting and compelling than the pseudo-fictionalized Hollywood flick.
