Yesterday you saw some of our nominees for the Television Critics Association awards and last night we got the ballot for the voting round. We've attached the ballot to the end of this post. What do you think of it? Most of our nominees for current programming are in there with the exception of "Men of a Certain Age" and "Bored to Death" whose absence is unfortunate. We've got our picks - who would you vote for? Leave us some comments.

Tonight we have the return of "Stargate Universe" (be sure toread our interview with series star Alaina Huffman), there will be a live chat with her and Brian Jacob Smith at 6pm. Sam Trammell aka Sam Merlotte of "True Blood" will be on Jimmy Kimmel tonight (see our vid of Sam at the Independent Spirit Awards). Speaking of "True Blood", we just had to sign for a DVD with the first 3 episodes of the new season on it. We really really want to watch it but there's something about watching it along with all the other fans out there, when it begins broadcasting on Sunday June 13th, that's making us think twice. What should we do?We're waiting for Sunday's penultimate episode of "Breaking Bad" - look for some interviews with cast members here on LAist over the weekend. Last week's episode featured an incredible performance by Dean Norris - how how can it get any better? Also on Sunday will be MTV's Movie Awards show hosted by Aziz Ansari at the Gibson Amphitheatre - we're sure he'll take the humor "there" but we're not sure we can handle all the "Jersey Shore" nonsense and other MTV reality dorks. It speaks volumes that MTV is giving the "Jersey Shore" cast a pre-show event to interview nominees and guests - yeah, MTV is that desperate. Chances are that by the time "Jersey Shore" begins airing its 2nd season, everyone will be over it.
