TV Junkie: Sunshine In A Bag Wraps Up The Weekend
Do you feel lucky, punk? TCM is having an Eastwood-fest tonight with "Dirty Harry" at 9:15pm
It should be noted that Comedy Central is now re-running "It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia" on Monday nights starting tonight.
If you're going to tune into tonight's Clint Eastwood-fest on TCM, keep an eye out for character actor Eddie Garrett who plays a cop in Dirty Harry. Garrett was a regular on the TV series "Quincy" and "The Odd Couple" and was an accomplished photographer as a kid who published a book of his photos of the stars in 2006 called "I Saw Stars ... In the 40's and 50's". Garrett died earlier this month at the age of 82.
Variety explores how much of an impact CBS' "The Big Bang Theory" will have on NBC's Thursday night comedy stranglehold once they directly compete starting this Fall. NBC's "Community" is a very different show than CBS' "Big Bang Theory" - while we're not so sure that the audience competes, we thought we'd put the question to you: Do you watch both?
