TV Junkie: 'Vampire Diaries' Returns; Rob Corddry on Fallon

We need to hear from you.
Today during our spring member drive, put a dollar value on the trustworthy reporting you rely on all year long. The local news you read here every day is crafted for you, but right now, we need your help to keep it going. In these uncertain times, your support is even more important. We can't hold those in power accountable and uplift voices from the community without your partnership. Thank you.

Like it or not, the CW's insanely popular "The Vampire Diaries" is back tonight where we'll see it continue until the season finale in a couple months. It's gained an amazing amount of attraction despite only being on the air since last September. We shot the above video at PaleyFest a few weeks ago and were very pleasantly surprised at how well-spoken series star (and enthusiastic Canadian) Nina Dobrev was.
---
We were happy to see the announcement that Showtime will renew both "Nurse Jackie" and "The United States of Tara". [Don't forget to check outour interviews with "Nurse Jackie" cast from last Thursday night].
---
After six seasons MTV's "The Hills" will finally come to an end after this last season begins on April 29th. There are about 20 other shows we'd also like to see wrap up - how can we get that to happen?
---
Watch Rob Corddry on Fallon tonight. As you'll see in tomorrow's review of "Hot Tub Time Machine" - he is the driving force for that and most other endeavors he's a part of.
