TNT is pulling out all the stops for its launch of their Timothy Hutton-driven action-thriller series "Leverage" (premieres on Sunday 12/07 @ 9:00pm). They've got a major press tour (more on that, Friday) and they're even launching an online game on Sunday where players can win $100,000. We haven't seen an effort this coordinated in a while.

Anybody out there using Amazon Video-on-Demand for TiVo? Supposedly you will be getting HD streaming sometime soon. Also, want aFREE TiVo cookie cutter?

Last week we passed along a story about a limited broadcast of an NFL game in 3-D, well this week studios and broadcasters are saying that for 3-D to go mainstream, set manufacturers will have to pony up to the content creators. The studios just finished getting all the necessary equipment for HD broadcast with no help from outside and some are not so inclined to go it alone again.
