For those nearby these locations, there are some good afternoon shows today. Already happening now (and as mentioned earlier) is the Green Apple Festival at the Santa Monia Pier and at 2:00 p.m., if you can get in, No Age and Mika Miko are playing at the Los Angeles Central Library downtown.

Additionally, some of the more popular shows tonight take place at the unusual suspects like the All Star Lanes in Eagle Rock and White Trash Charms, a boutique in Los Feliz.

The Short List
No Age, Mika Miko @ Central Library
Warpaint, Imaad Wasif, Anders & Woods @ White Trash Charms
Juliette & The Licks, Taj Mahal, Ziggy Marley @ Santa Monica Pier
