Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills may be out of our price range, but walking the street at night has nice and... interesting calm to it. There's the pleasant window displays, the paparazzi who will make fun of you for just holding a camera as you walk by them and the twenty Baccarat chandeliers that line the road like streetlights, for example.
