...so we rebuilt our city as a living, breathing, self-sustaining, self-protecting environment.

Studying architecture, it's essential to take numerous refreshing breaks throughout our day in studio. A couple times a week we'll find ourselves spending breaks gathered around a laptop watching a movie, an episode of arrested development, or a video like this by Imaginary Forces- A presentation on the future of our city, in the year 2106.

If you've never heard of L.A. based Imaginary Forces and what they're about, this is straight off their website-
"What do we do? It's the question we get asked the most. People understand when we say film titles. TV titles. Commercials. A few get motion graphics. Almost nobody gets experience design. But how do you explain without using words like "multi-disciplinary" or "immersive" that are sure to kill any polite dinner conversation. Truth is, experience design is anything and everything that contributes to an overall experience. It can be an incredible architectural environment, a complete spectacle with audio, video, water features and acrobats, a virtual destination, an interactive space, or all of the above. But regardless if it's film, TV, commercials, graphics or design, we always strive to do something that's never been done before. So, in a way, that's really what we do."
