Snapchat is now renting a Venice penthouse on the beach for $22,500 per month.
Snapchat's new one-bedroom, two-bath pad at 8 Brooks Avenue is two blocks from Abbott Kinney, has a number of luxurious amenities, including a rooftop jacuzzi, fire pit and geodesic dome, Buzzfeed reports. There's also a small, detached guest room. They got a five-year lease, and it's the latest in a number of Venice rentals for the $16 billion company.
The penthouse's previous tenant, venture capitalist Paige Craig, threw a number of raging parties in the space because, well, why wouldn't you? Snapchat, however, has agreed to not do that. They got a deal on the place, which typically rents for $25,000-a-month, as a result of their promise.
