It was a beautiful sunny day in Arcadia yesterday, clear enough that you could make out the sharp outline of foothills in the distance. But the sunshine wasn't enough to stop zombies from taking over Santa Anita Park. The undead hordes chased after the living who made their way through bloody swamps filled with limbs and damp cages filled with spiders. The Zombie Blood Run looks like a good workout for those of us who can't hack it at Crossfit, prefer wearing clothes and avoiding cultural appropriation when possible.
